La Seigneurie is 30km (20 miles) from the medieval city of Angers, 23km (13 miles) from the very picturesque town of Saumur. In between there are many charming towns and villages with their farmer's markets, restaurants, shops, and a variety of things to see and do.

The 300 year old stone farmhouse has been stylishly renovated by it's English owners. We provide bed and breakfast or self-catering in three charming gites.

This year we have installed a brand new and child secured swimming pool. Situated behind the house, it is in a secluded sun trap. It is a spacious area with Loungers and landscaped gardens.
