La Seigneurie is 30km (20 miles) from the medieval city of Angers, 23km (13 miles) from the very picturesque town of Saumur. In between there are many charming towns and villages with their farmer's markets, restaurants, shops, and a variety of things to see and do.

The 300 year old stone farmhouse has been stylishly renovated by it's English owners. We provide bed and breakfast or self-catering in three charming gites.

There is an environmentally friendly salt water swimming pool, which is heated and child secure. Situated behind the house, it is in a secluded sun trap. It is a spacious area with loungers and landscaped gardens.
